
After Brexit, the EU will no longer have jurisdiction in the UK market for matters relating to anti-competitive investigations (or Merger & Acquisition matters). Responsibility for adjudication and process will lie with the Competition and Markets Authority. The EU will be able to adjudicate on matters relating to UK companies operating within the EU.
