In the event that the UK leaves the EU without a deal, it is becoming increasingly clear that UK exporters will need to conform with EU rules pertaining to third countries, i.e. countries that are not part of the EU or do not have a Free Trade Agreement with the EU.

The links to both the European Union website and UK Government guidance notes give important information that allow importers and exporters to make the necessary preparations to trade after 31 December 2019.
